Transforming Waste: The Process of Concrete Disposal & Recycling
Concrete demo is transported to our recycling facility and inspected for contaminates like wood, plastic and metal. Once sorted, clean concrete is fed into the crusher which breaks it down into smaller pieces. After crushing, it is screened to sort it into various sizes and grades based on its intended future use.
Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) is versatile material which can be used in a variety of construction applications such as road base, backfill for retaining walls, rip-rap along shorelines, aggregate for drainage systems and foundations for buildings and other structures.
